Employee Benefits Summary

Viwinco recognizes the needs of employees for financial protection in the event of illness or injury resulting in medical expense and loss of income. Providing cost-effective medical, disability, and life insurance protection is a priority of the company. The company has selected several plans designed to meet employee needs. To keep employee’s cost to a minimum, the company subsidizes these plans. Certain coverage is offered at no cost to the employee.

Group Health Insurance
Coverage may be elected for full–time regular employees and their eligible dependents 90 days following date of hire. An employee’s cost is based on the number of dependents covered.

Dental & Vision Insurance
Coverage may be elected for full–time regular employees and their eligible dependents 90 days following date of hire. An employee’s cost is based on the number of dependents covered. An employee can enroll in Dental and Vision Insurance regardless of Group Health Insurance selection.

Group Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability
Life Insurance and Long Term Disability is available for all full time employees. There is no cost to employees.

401(k)
All full-time regular employees may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan 90 days following date of hire.

Supplemental Coverages
Employee paid optional benefits: Accident, Critical Illness, GAP, Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance.

Vacation/Sick Time/Holiday
Vacation days are earned accordingly and prorated based on date of hire.

Completed Service Vacation Period
One Year One Week
Three Years Two Weeks
Five Years Three Weeks

All employees receive a maximum of five (5) sick days beginning in the January after their hire date and are prorated accordingly.
Viwinco provides all eligible employees 8 ½ paid holidays each year 90 days following date of hire.
