These are rugged windows for homes that must withstand brutal weather conditions like hurricanes. OceanView ® windows are certified impact-resistant ― preventing wind and debris from entering the house, lifting up the roof and pushing walls outward.

  • Frame and sash are fully fusion welded for structural strength and durability.
  • Reinforcement in the sash and frame provide added structural integrity.
  • Heavy duty operator with folding handle and dual arm system provides a smooth sweep, reliable alignment and positive locking.

Thermally efficient

  • 15/16” double pane insulated glass unit with tempered Solarban® 60 glass, laminated clear glass with a polyvinylbutyral film layer, the Intercept® ULTRA low-conductance spacer and argon gas fill is standard.
  • Chambered vinyl profiles add thermal efficiency and structural strength.

Attractive styling

  • Beveled exterior creates the look of traditional craftsmanship.
  • 45-degree mitered glazing bead contributes to the hand-made appearance.

Trouble-free operation and maintenance

  • Specially designed hinges allow the sash to pivot a full 90-degrees for easy cleaning.
  • Multipoint lock adds security and assures a snug sash closure.
  • Sturdy roll form full screens are standard.

Easy installation

  • 1-1/4” integral, pre-punched nailing fin contributes to a trouble-free installation.
  • Contractor-friendly components and accessories to meet wall thickness and material variations are designed to fit every window.
